Yasin Seker

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Yasin Seker was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 01, 2026.

Yasin brings over 18 years of international leadership experience spanning automotive, agricultural machinery, and heavy equipment sectors, with a strong track record in business transformation, strategic growth, operational excellence, and multi-country leadership across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

Before joining the Company as CEO, he was serving as the Group Managing Director – East Africa for CMC Motors, a subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Automotive, where he led significant commercial and operational restructuring across the East African region. During his tenure with CMC Motors, he strengthened the organization’s market position, enhanced operational efficiency, and played a key role in the agricultural machinery segment. He also served on the Board of Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers Ltd, contributing to the advancement of regional manufacturing and mobility growth.

Prior to joining the Al-Futtaim Group, Yasin held senior leadership roles across several globally recognized organizations, including Trelleborg Group (Dubai), CNH Industrial – New Holland Agriculture (Morocco and Turkey), Timac Agro International Groupe Roullier (Turkey), and Michelin (Turkey and France).

He holds a Master’s degree in Law, Economics & Management with a specialization in International Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Université Lumière (Lyon II), France. He is fluent in English, French, and Turkish.

Javed Iqbal

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Javed Iqbal joined Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited as Chief Financial Officer in July 2022 and also served as Acting Chief Executive Officer from December 2022 to September 2023.

With a career spanning over 30 years across the chemical manufacturing, FMCG, and service sectors, Javed brings extensive expertise in finance, corporate governance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, fund management, and business development. Prior to joining Al-Ghazi, he held senior management roles with organizations such as Pakistan Services Limited (Hashoo Group), Ittehad Chemicals Ltd., Unilever, Daewoo, and American Express Bank Ltd.

He is a Certified Director and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, having served on the boards of several companies as an Independent Director.

Mansoor Khan

Company Secretary

Mansoor Khan was appointed as Head of Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and Company Secretary at Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited in August 2022.

He brings over 20 years of experience in handling corporate, regulatory, and governance matters. Before joining Al-Ghazi, he held senior management roles and served as a member of the Board of Directors across various companies within the Hashoo Group.

An Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan, Mansoor holds a degree in Commerce and an MBA. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP) and a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).

Muneeb Ahmed Khan

Head of Internal Audit

Muneeb Ahmed Khan joined Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited in February 2021 as Lead Auditor and was appointed Head of Internal Audit in June 2022.

He brings over 10 years of professional experience in audit, assurance, risk advisory, and compliance. Before joining Al-Ghazi, he led internal audit teams across multiple entities within a diversified business group and also worked with a publicly listed automotive company.

Muneeb is an ACCA member and a part-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA – Intermediate). He completed his articleship with KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Karachi.

Azhar Noor

Chief Commercial Officer

Azhar Noor was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer w.e.f. 11 February 2025.

Azhar holds an MBA Marketing Degree from IBA, University of Punjab and bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. He brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the Marketing & Sales Division with Millat Tractors where he most recently held the position of Director Marketing.

Faraz Anwar Shah

General Manager – Quality

Faraz Anwar Shah brings over 22 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, with core expertise in research and development, quality assurance, and quality control.

Before joining Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, he served as General Manager – Technical at Rastgar Engineering Company, Islamabad. His earlier experience includes leadership and engineering roles with General Motors Corporation (USA), DaimlerChrysler Corporation (USA), United Motors (Riyadh), and Toyota Indus Motors (Pakistan).

Faraz holds a master’s degree in Global Management from the University of Phoenix (Detroit Campus, USA) and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, USA.

Muhammad Bilal

Head of HR

Muhammad Bilal currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited. He joined the organization in September 2021 and has since been instrumental in driving HR transformation, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and organizational development, industrial relations, and HR operations.

With over 19 years of diverse HR experience, Bilal has previously been associated with leading groups such as Fauji and Engro, where he contributed to people strategy and organizational growth.

He holds an MBA from the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology.

Omar Ibad

Head of Information Technology

Omar Ibad was appointed as Head of Information Technology at Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited in March 2023.

With over 18 years of experience in information technology, Omar brings expertise in SAP/ERP implementation, information security, application management, IT governance, and digital strategy. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading organizations such as Hilal Group of Companies, Continental Biscuits, Reckitt Benckiser, and AkzoNobel.

Before joining Al-Ghazi, Omar served as Chief Executive Officer for UAE and Pakistan at Perfect Group (UAE), where he led digital transformation and technology operations across multiple markets.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Atkinson Faculty of Liberal and Professional Studies, York University.

Najm us Saqib

Head of Marketing

Appointed in May 2024, Najm Ul Saqib brings over two decades of leadership experience across marketing, brand management and business strategy within the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. His career spans leading organizations such as Pak Electron Limited, Shell Pakistan, VPL Limited, Ghandhara DF (Pvt.) Ltd. and Foton JW Auto Park, where he served as Senior General Manager spearheading integrated marketing and commercial strategies for emerging product lines.

A graduate of LUMS with a Master’s in Business and Public Policy and a Mechanical Engineering alumnus of UET Lahore, Najm combines technical depth with strategic foresight. He is recognized for driving transformational marketing, product diversification and data-driven brand growth, positioning Al-Ghazi Tractors at the forefront of innovation and market leadership.

Head of Plant

Syed Mustanir Ul Hasan brings over 19 years of experience in production, plant engineering, planning, and lean manufacturing with leading organizations such as Lotte Kolson, Hilal Foods, Philip Morris, Descon, and Millat Tractors.

Before joining Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, he served at Lotte Kolson Group as Head of Production, overseeing six manufacturing plants and leading functions across production, quality control, engineering, and industrial relations for more than 120 SKUs.

Syed holds a BE in Metallurgy and Materials Science from UET Lahore and a master’s degree in Computer Science. He is also a certified lead auditor for ISO and OHSAS standards and has completed several professional certifications, including IFS, HACCP, Personal Mastery, and Primavera 3.

Shahzad Akram

Head of Aftersales & Spare Parts

Shahzad Akram is an automotive industry leader with over 20 years of experience spanning aftersales, spare parts, service operations, sales, and marketing. As Head of Aftersales and Spare Parts at Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, he oversees nationwide operations focused on driving efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Since joining Al-Ghazi in August 2020, Shahzad has restructured the aftersales business, expanded the spare parts and lubricants portfolio, and achieved record revenue performance. Before joining Al-Ghazi, he held leadership roles at Al-Futtaim Renault Pakistan and Honda Atlas Cars, where he managed large teams, led ERP implementations, and launched new product lines supporting long-term business expansion.

He holds an MBA from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and a BA from Government College University, Lahore.

Asif Saifal

Head of Strategic Supply Chain

Asif Saifal joined Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited in August 2025 as Head of Strategic Supply Chain. He brings over 19 years of leadership experience spanning end-to-end supply chain management and industrial manufacturing, with deep expertise across localization, production, automotive, and engineering sectors.

Before joining Al-Ghazi, Asif held senior roles at Sanden Corporation (Japan, Singapore, and Pakistan), Qadri Group, and International Household Manufacturers. He led large-scale supply chain and production operations, driving efficiency, quality, and digital transformation through advanced manufacturing systems and process optimization.

Asif holds an Executive MBA from LUMS, a Gold Medal in Quality & Supply Chain Management, and a BSc in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering. A recipient of the TPM World Class Manufacturing Award from Sanden International Singapore, he is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
