This quarter, we proudly celebrated our On-the-Job Training Champions dedicated team members at the Plant who successfully completed 600 hours of technical training under the AGTL Technical Training Program.
To honor their outstanding achievement, the champions’ photographs were proudly displayed on the production floor, and they were presented with customized T-shirts symbolizing their dedication and making them stand out as role models for their peers.
This recognition is not just a celebration of skill; it’s a testament to AGTL’s ongoing investment in building technical capability, fostering pride in craftsmanship, and nurturing future experts from within. A special note of appreciation goes to our Technical Training Manager, whose untiring efforts and passion for developing our technical workforce continue to uplift the standards of training and performance at the AGTL Factory.
