As part of AGTL’s continuous efforts to strengthen core workplace capabilities, the organization successfully conducted the Creativity & Problem Solving Training Program, a one-day learning intervention designed for employees in Band F and below. The session focused on enhancing creative thinking and structured problem-solving techniques, enabling participants from across functions to engage in guided discussions and collaborative exercises aimed at addressing everyday workplace challenges. The program equipped participants with practical frameworks and sharper analytical thinking, while fostering greater confidence and openness to innovative approaches — reaffirming that creativity, paired with disciplined collaboration, delivers meaningful value in daily operations. The initiative reflects AGTL’s continued commitment to building a workforce capable of solving problems with clarity, integrity, and impact.
