Al-Ghazi Tractors welcomed its first batch of new joiners for 2025 with an immersive Induction Tour to the DG Khan Plant, designed to foster cross-functional understanding, collaboration, and early engagement.
The day began with a journey that encouraged informal bonding, followed by a safety briefing at the AGTL Training Center — reinforcing our commitment to responsible operations. Participants were then taken through a structured tour of our core manufacturing areas, including the assembly lines, paint shop, quality lab, and support functions — providing a real-world view of how different departments work together to drive our collective success.
The tour concluded with an interactive networking session and light team-building activities, reinforcing the values of teamwork, communication, and shared purpose. This initiative is part of our broader effort to onboard new talent through meaningful experiences that reflect who we are — collaborative, transparent, and driven by purpose.
