Following the successful launch of Unite & Ignite, our in-house workshop on conflict resolution and cross-functional collaboration, the program expanded this quarter to include all Band G and above team members across AGTL.
The initiative reinforces a culture of respectful dialogue, trust, and shared ownership—equipping leaders with the mindset and tools to navigate collaboration challenges effectively. A focused Unite & Ignite session was also held at the D.G. Khan Plant, engaging on-ground teams in conversations on teamwork, mutual respect, and collective problem-solving.
Each session builds on AGTL’s Commitment Charter, strengthening our movement toward One AGTL—united in purpose and ignited by collaboration.
